Last part of the 2 part series COOP which tries to follow the movie theme.
This is a continuation of Apocalypse Redux PT1 so go check out
that map as well. Thanks to all who helped to test the map, GWL
squad, the many players who popped in to help. Special thanks
to Snap Dragon and Bobcat for use of their dedicated server.
This map is intended for squad play. You should stay with the
Boats and use the boats as much as possible. MK V Boats a Hua
Phat are indestructible, lose them and you will not have any
Hollywood boats LOL! They blow up very easy there after. There
are some preventions to help keep you from wondering off track. Some may punish the whole team. Remember the jungle belongs to
the VC and the river belongs to you. Follow the instructions
and PSPs. I suggest going low speed in boats rush through and
you will be destroyed. Work together, someone hold the boat if
others have to exit to do goals. 400+ enemies in this map! Good Hunting! Hope you enjoy the map! Briefing = After a brief R&R at Hua Phat to see the USO show, getting with the Playboy Bunnies, plus refuel and rearm. Time to get on with the mission to get Col. Kurtz. As you go up the Mekong River there will be more NVA and Vietcong soldiers so be alert and prepared. You will also have some other missions as you make your way up to Cambodia.
Goals
1. Check with Dock master to see if your boat is ready to go.
2. Do not forget to say goodbye to Playboy Bunnies.
3. Stop and check any suspicious civilian boats for weapons.
4. Destroy all weapon crate caches found near the river.
5. Eliminate enemy forces encountered all along river.
6. Assist USMC at bridge with securing bridge.
7. Refuel and rearm at MASH unit. Defend Mash unit if attacked.
8. Terminate Col. Kurtz if he refuses to return to Saigon.
Notes: Not a single player map. You will need a variety of
weapons and medics. You need to pay attention to text or waves
that play from time to time.
Important: Visit www.gwl-squad.com for the custom waves for
